Foundation is literally the base for any makeup look and is one of the most important parts to my routine. I love trying new foundations, but I find I’m pretty particular with what I look for. When I was provided the Revlon Colorstay Full Cover foundation for review, I was both hesitant and excited! One of my very first foundations ever was a Revlon Photoready one and I have very fond memories of it! I’ve been using this for about a month, so I’m happy to say I have some thoughts to share.
Review: Mary Kay Brow Products
Brow products are one thing that I feel like I never really deviate from. I have my core products I always turn to, and that is that! I recently got sent some of the new Mary Kay brow products which I was both excited and nervous for! They came at the perfect time as my current stash of brow backups was depleting fast! I have the full collection of the Precision Brow Liner and Volumizing Brow Tint to share today.
First Impressions: Fenty Beauty Moroccan Spice Palette
I don’t even remember the last time I’ve bought something from Sephora. The releases just used to come and the wallet just used to be out. After buying the house though, I’ve just naturally stepped it down a bit. I will have to say though, I haven’t seen any launches that really excited me to push the boundaries of my finances. The Fenty Beauty Moroccan Spice Palette definitely has been the one thing to catch my eye in the last little bit. The flow of the colours just really got me excited. My boyfriend (with some strategic help) surprised me with the palette for our anniversary gift! I thought I’d show you some swatches and my first impressions of the palette.
Review: Thursday Plantation Tea Tree Acne Skincare Routine
One thing that I feel like I’m always battling with is acne. I’ve mentioned in a couple of posts about my adult hormonal acne that doesn’t seem to want to leave! When I was sent the Thursday Plantation Tea Tree Acne line, I was curious about how it would work. I’ve used this now for around a month and was pleasantly impressed!
Review: Fancii Rhea Sonic Facial Cleansing Brush
Facial cleansing devices are everywhere in the market, but it seem to be only populated with a couple of key brands. Fancii, a new-to-me company, reached out wondering if I’d like to try a few items! I was instantly drawn towards the Rhea Facial Cleansing Device. It’s deep cleaning with two different sides (one for deep pore cleansing and one for a regular facial cleanse) and no brushes to replace! I’ve been using it for a few weeks and happy to share my review!
Review: THEFACESHOP All Clear!
Makeup removal is kind of a “been-there-done-that” sort of thing with people picking their favourite products and sticking to it. I’ve been trying out some new things from THEFACESHOP’s All Clear! Line that are worth looking into if you want to switch up your makeup removal routine!!
First Impressions: Supergoop But First, Sunscreen Kit
My last review was from my Disney Springs haul, and I’m continuing the trend. Today I have a first impressions of the Supergoop! But First, Sunscreen kit. I picked this up mostly because I’ve heard so many good things about the brand and they don’t sell it in Canada! 🙁 I was curious to test if the hype was real or not and this little kit seems like a great way to see!
Review: Drunk Elephant T.L.C Sukari Babyfacial
During my trip to Disney Springs, the one thing I knew I wanted was the Drunk Elephant T.L.C Sukari Babyfacial. It’s only sold in the States so that made it all the more alluring. I’ve been back from Disney for a little over a month and have been trying this for about the same time. I’m excited to let you know if this is really worth the hype!
First Impressions: JLo x Inglot Collection
If there’s one thing that gets the makeup world racing it’s a collaboration. Another thing that people love is JLo becuase….JLo. Inglot, one of my favourite brands, released yesterday a collaboration with Jennifer Lopez! When I started to see the press pictures coming out before the launch I was blown away. The line seemed to totally represent her and speak to her brand. I was fortunate enough to attend an early sneak peek of the collection earlier this week and we were given a few treats to try out! Here’s my first impressions of a few items!
First Impressions: Love Beauty & Planet Lavender
Hi folks! 🙂 The journey is ever continuing to add frizz-fighting hair care into my routine. I was recently sent shampoo, conditioner, and a body wash from ChickAdvisor to review. The brand is Love Beauty & Planet which is new to me. I was really excited to try this collection out and test it on my frizzy hair!
