Anyways, with the holiday season in full swing, I wanted to share a really cool kit. Make this Universe is a small Ontario business that focuses on DIY kits! I can’t wait to show you about this clay mask one!

Make this Universe is a fav small business for me. Run by Jessye, the company has been around since 2018. As mentioned they focus on DIY kits. They have Deodorant, Candle, and Clay Face Mask kits! They also do custom facial oils which I can attest to are amazing. This is my third product from them, having purchased a custom face oil and candle kit in the past.
Make This Clay Mask Kit
I got this kit from the Hello Happy HQ holiday market. The kits sold through there contained all the tools as well which are optional (I would recommend them). I specifically got the All Skin kit with the Clarifying Booster pack. The great thing about her kits is that they are so customizable. There are 4 different base clays (Sensitive, Dry, Oily and All skin types) with 3 types of boosters (Clarifying, Age Defying, and Soothing).
The kit contains a jar of the base clay in powder form, bottle of glycerin, and the three packages of your chosen boosters. The tools included are a face mask brush and a little face mask remover which puffs up with water. I actually have both of these things already in my collection, but they make face masking such a better experience in my opinion. The great thing is the brush has a little paddle which you can use for mixing the mask!
After using this for the first time, I’m impressed. It was super easy to use and follow. It wasn’t overtly messy (more messy than a pre-done mask, but that’s to be expected). It didn’t take long to mix up at all. I must admit I was not super exact with my measurements, but I think I was able to adapt!
The mask dried down quickly (not completely due to the glycerin) and was very easy to remove. My face felt super smooth after and I promptly applied my Make this Universe Custom Facial Oil afterwards.
All in all, I would totally recommend this kit. I can’t wait to try out my different boosters and see which one I like the best!
