Happy New Year!! Here’s to the ending of 2018 and we’ve already zoomed right into 2019. Here begins three months of me writing 2018 on everything, amirite? Anyways, today I have a skincare haul which I made at the very end of 2018 which actually secured my Rouge status for another year. Eek!
Hello there! Yesterday I had a great day at the One of a Kind Show. This is my third show, and I can definitely see myself going back year after year. For those that don’t know, the One of a Kind Show is a twice yearly art and craft show that features Canadian artisans. There’s everything from food to fine art, to stationary, and plush toys. There’s definitely something for everyone there!
The yearly Fall Sephora sale is upon us once more! I feel like it’s been a bit weird this year with the surprise sale so this one caught me up to me quick. Since I’m Rouge, there were more open weekend sale dates this year which first started the last weekend of October! Due to the mail strikes up in Canada, it took me awhile to get my package but it’s finally here! I omitted a few items that I picked up as gifts, but overall I think I got quite a bit of new items!
After my recent Colourpop haul, I was thinking that I had enough new makeup to try out. But when a Sephora sale hits, one can never have enough! The Sephora Appreciation Sale was a surprise to most and I wasn’t sure how much I would buy. I ended up getting a LOT of stuff. I made both an online order (hello Ebates!) and an instore purchase! Here’s the stuff I picked up.
I recently made a purchase with Leah from Colourpop. The reason we made an order together was to get to the free shipping minimum. Funny enough, when everything was said and done, we both had purchased enough to reach free shipping on our own. Whatcha gonna do?? I haven’t purchased from Colourpop in awhile (not since they released their pressed shadows!) so there were a lot of things on my list! I’m so excited to show you what I picked up!
Hi folks! I’m back! 😀 And coming to you with a haul! I just came back from a trip to Disney World and a Disney Cruise. I knew I would be doing some shopping, and at Disney Springs in Disney World, they have a Sephora! *angels singing* Whenever I visit this Sephora I obviously try and pick up things that I can’t get in Canada. I didn’t do too much research, but managed to pick up a couple of things I’ve never seen before or have been on my list for awhile.
The One of Kind Show during Christmas was my first visit ever and I had such a great time. I knew I wanted to go to the Spring show, just to see the difference and of course explore some local (or national) handmade goods. This year’s show runs from March 28- April 1 and makes a great activity to add to Easter festivities. I went yesterday with Maria from Pink Petals to make use of the ‘Late Night Shopping Day’ they had! I have my full haul, so if you’re thinking of checking out the One of Kind Show, I would recommend taking a look at these booths!
Limited edition collections always seem to pull at my heart strings. The Rifle Paper Co. for L’Occitane collection was especially tempting because I’m such a huge fan of both brands. I went a bit crazy, buying a few sets from the collection. I thought it made sense because I was able to get a free gift set for buying over $65. At least, that’s what I told myself. 😉
If you’re not too tired of hauls after this holiday season, I have another one coming at you! Sephora always has 20% off of sale at the end of the year and I ended up picking up a few things! It’s always nice to save money and I was able to use some of my giftcards too!
I can’t believe 2017 has almost come to an end!! We’re now in that stage between Christmas and New Year where we can finish off our leftovers and get ready for the new year ahead! I thought I would share some of the items that I was lucky enough to get for Christmas. I was super excited to see some of the beauty items under the tree!
