Brand Collection: Mary Kay Spring 2017 Light, Reinvented

The weather has been pretty crazy lately, but either way, I’m ready for Spring. Something that’s been getting me in the mood is the new Mary Kay Light, Reinvented collection. Everything is so so gorgeous and I’m so excited to share it with you!

1. Mary Kay Eye Color Palettes in Glistening Horizon and Sunlight

These eyeshadow quads are really gorgeous. Super impressed with the pigmentation and they chose some really pretty colours for Spring. I think these are a great way to introduce yourself into some brighter colours. Another thing I really like about the Mary Kay powder products is that you can easily snap them into a Z Palette/ other magnetic palette. They are easy for storage and taking on the go in the little plastic case if you wish!

2. Mary Kay Glossy Lip Oils

Magenta Ray – Sheer Pink – Brilliant Violet

Some other really awesome items in the collection are the Glossy Lip Oils. I’ve noticed a lot of companies are coming out with glossier lip options and I’m digging it. These are awesome cause they’re not sticky, go on smooth, and have really nice pigmentation. My favourite of the bunch is Magenta Ray, but I’m surprised how much I liked both Sheer Pink and Brilliant Violet. I’m usually not a huge fan of lighter lip colours, but I think the gloss really helps with how they look (aka, not super flat).

3. Mary Kay Nail Lacquers

Brilliant Violet – New Blue – Luminous Mauve – Vivid Sunburst

The Light, Reinvented collection also comes with four beautiful spring nail polishes! I’ll definitely be using these soon to create some bright spring nail art!

All in all, I think this collection is perfection. This is probably one of my favourite Mary Kay releases to date! I’ll definitely be integrating these into my everyday looks!
