Empties: New Year, Same Me

We’re in 2018, and not just wooo new year 2018, but actually like in 2018. As much as the new year is great, one thing I want to stay the same is using up products! I think I actually did a pretty good job last year in using up some big things (like foundations). This empties isn’t nearly as huge as my last one, but a couple of key things for sure!

I love… Bath Fizzer in Yummy Caramel*
Repurchase: Probably not

I would say i’m completely down the middle with this one. It didn’t fizz up like a Lush bath bomb, but it still made my skin feel soft and smooth. The light scent was pleasant as well!

NYX Microbrow
Repurchase: Yup!

A great alternative to the ABH Brow Wiz. Just as good but for half the price!

Delon Cotton Rounds
Repurchase: Probably

I got a massive pack of these from Costco, so you’ll be seeing these for awhile! A decent cotton pad for sure!

7th Heaven Charcoal Peel-Off Mask*
Repurchase: No

I wasn’t too happy with this peel off mask. I guess the good thing was that it didn’t pull on my skin at all, but that was just it. I feel like it didn’t really lift anything up either. I have much better peel off masks in my collection!

Cetaphil Cleansing Cloths
Repurchase: Yes

I’ve used the Cetaphil Cleansing wipes before and really liked them! If they ever go on sale, I would definitely buy them!

Wet n Wild Micellar Cleansing Water*
Repurchase: Yes

I liked this a lot for on the go and eyes and lips. This worked very well! Nothing much for me to say other than this! I’ve never seen this in stores though. Wet n Wild, expand your collections in Canada please!!

THEFACESHOP Mask Lab Chitosan Mask*
Repurchase: Yes!

I used this mask this week and was super impressed! This mask made my skin feel silky smooth and totally refreshed I would completely recommend this! I’m definitely going to pick up another one!

Mary Kay TimeWise Repair Lifting Bio-Cellulose Mask*
Repurchase: Maybe…

I’ve used one of these and they were super unique. I loved that it was super moist and jelly-like but not slimy at all! My skin definitely felt great afterwards! The only thing that is a bit of a kicker is the price on these. For a pack of four this retails for $75!!

Simple Cleansing Facial Wipes
Repurchase: Yes

After their reformulation, I’m very happy with these wipes now! I used to really not like them, but i’d like to think my complaints had something to do with them making them better. 😉

Eva NYC Mane Magic 10 in 1 Primer
Repurchase: YES!

I got this mini back at Gen Beauty last year, and I LOVE IT. This spray is so good and it works really well in my hair. I’m definitely going to track down a full size. I think I saw it at Urban Outfitters so I’ll have to see!

Origins High Potency Night-A-Mins
Repurchase: Maybe

This cream is nice! I would say just that. It didn’t blow my mind, but very solid at the same time to make my skin feel nice! Not sure if I would repurchase cause of the price though!

Ren Evercalm Global Protection Day Cream
Repurchase: Probably not?

Again, it’s hard to tell from a foil packet, but I liked this cream. I would choose it again for a sample, but not sure if I would buy the full size.

All Good Coconut Oil Skin Food*
Repurchase: I don’t think so

I can see this being really great for super dry skin. It was definitely super oily, but for me okay as I put it on before bed. The only thing for me is that I don’t love Coconuts! It’s palatable, but it wasn’t my first choice of scents!
