I recently went on a 7 day cruise to Alaska. 🏔️ It was such an incredible time. One thing which totally warmed my heart was the amount of independent bookstores at the ports of call 📚 it honestly was just so nice to walk through. ☺️ I find I always try and save my travel social posts for when I have a blog post to accompany them, but instead I thought I'd remove the pressure and just post here first! That to say if you have any questions on cruising or Alaska I'd be more than happy to answer anything! ✨

While in Amsterdam 🇳🇱 for work, I managed to come across the UK variant for @emilyhenrywrites 's newest book Funny Story! 📚I got to say I actually much prefer the designs of the UK EH book covers. There is quite a bit of text which is distracting, but the colours and overall design I like a lot more! If you've seen both versions of the covers for her books which ones do you prefer?

Thanks to @thisisbutterly I was able to try out the new @urbandecaycosmetics Face Bond Foundation! 👧 I've heard mixed things about this foundation but it honestly worked perfectly for my skin type. I have combo oily skin on my T zone and it really lasted all day long. I'm also a huge fan of the packaging. Light and easy for travel with the squeeze tube. Because we keep it real here, the shade I was provided was too dark. I did try this on my face when I didn't have to really be anywhere so I could still test it out. Because I was so impressed with the formula I'd definitely be looking into buying another bottle! 👀 #gotitfree #urbandecay #udfacebond

I'm always looking for a new serum because honestly, I find that it's usually the most worthwhile in terms of seeing actual results on the skin. 🤷‍♀️ I was provided two @grownalchemist serums to try thanks to @thisisbutterly and I was impressed on both! The first, Instant Smoothing Serum, is a hyaluronic acid serum that keeps your skin hydrated. The Skin Renewal Serum is for nighttime and has Niacinamide to help refresh and repair skin. I'm still using them for the longer term benefits but so far really impressed with both. With or without makeup, my skin feels super smooth and hydrated without feeling too slick. 💆‍♀️ *Gifted
