Hello! It seems I’ve accumulated enough product for another empties post! This one has a few trash items too just because they got a bit too old unfortunately. Let’s get right into it.
Foil Packets
Sephora Pearl Sheet Mask and Rose Sheet Mask
Repurchase: Maybe
As mentioned in my last empties, I think that Sephora sheet masks are really great quality. They are quilted with the Sephora logo on them which is so cute! I enjoyed both of these masks! As with most masks, I didn’t see an immediate mind blowing change in my skin, but I usually just like sheet masks to relax and give my skin a break.
Butter London Moisture Matte Lipstick in Ruby Murray
Repurchase: No
I got this as a free mini sample. It was a pretty interesting concept as it was advertised as a moisturizing matte lipstick. Seems like an oxymoron eh? The colour payoff was quite nice on this, but I found that it was a bit too moisturizing. I felt it slipping a lot and it bled. I’d be interested in seeing other brands take a hit at this moisturizing matte lip concept though!
THEFACESHOP Sparkling Wine Face Mask
Repurchase: Maybe
This is one of the masks I got from my THEFACESHOP advent calendar. In terms of quality, it wasn’t as good as the Sephora masks, but that’s to be expected from the price. I really liked the scent of this though! It smelled like grape soda!
THEFACESHOP Herb Day Lip & Eye Makeup Remover Wipes
Repurchase: No
I had high hopes for this! (Another thing from THEFACESHOP advent). If you’ve been reading my blog for awhile you’ll know that I love makeup wipes. Probably not the best for my skin but I can’t help it. Anyways, these were like half size wipes to be used specifically for your eyes and lips. Unfortunately these just weren’t as good as using an oil based eye makeup remover. I use waterproof eyeliner and these didn’t perform that great for these. Lip wise they were fine, but I feel like you could use a regular wipe for that.
Minis
Bumble and bumble Bb’s Hairdresser Invisible Oil Shampoo and Conditioner
Repurchase: Probably not
I got these two in a kit for Christmas. They were nice products, but nothing life changing. After reading reviews though, a lot of people didn’t like these at all. For me, they definitely performed okay, but just probably not repuchase-able
Lush Celebrate Hand and Body Cream
Repurchase: Yes
I liked this cream a lot. It was great for right after stepping out of the shower. The scent was mild but pleasant! I think this one is limited edition though, so I’ll have to check out some of their other cream offerings.
Philosophy Hope in a Jar Mositurizer
Repurchase: Yes
I got this little mini sample from Sephora and LOVE it. I love how it’s almost a gel consistency which means it soaks into my face super quickly. Funny enough in the Philosophy set that my parents got me there was another larger size of this. I will definitely be getting some use out of it. One thing to note which is a con is that using this makes you more susceptible to sun burns. That kind of sucks, just because I usually look for moisturizers with SPF. I might try using this and then a sunscreen over top.

NYX Microbrow in Black
Repurchase: Yes
I feel like I used this up pretty quick, but I got this at IMATS which was awhile ago. I really like this and do think it’s a dupe for Anastasia. The only thing was this colour was just a bit too dark. Anastasia produces quite a few shades of ‘dark’ you could say and that matches me a bit better. Just cause of the price, I would buy it again! Also since Shoppers carries NYX it will be so much easier to find!
The Body Shop Body Butter in Honeymania
Repurchase: Yes
This was another go-to cream that I featured in my winter tips post. I would definitely repurchase another Body Shop body butter. I liked this one and scent, but would be willing to try other ones too! There are TONS!
Bioderma Sensibio H2O Makeup Removing Wipes
Repurchase: Yes
I’ve tried these before and like them! A great all-around wipe. I got a 2-pack on sale for the price of one so I had to pick it up! I’m almost done the second pack too!
Trash
Caudalie Gentle Cleansing Milk and Nourishing Body Lotion
Repurchase: Probably not
For both of these, I actually didn’t have a problem with them. I saved them for too long unfortunately and took on an unpleasant smell. So unfortunately trash it goes
