Hi there! Hope everyone had an amazing Christmas! 🙂 I thought I would share what beauty items I received for Christmas this year. My friends and family were super duper generous this year and I was so excited and grateful for all that I received!
Apologies for the boring banner. I didn’t take a consolidated picture of all my products before I broke into a lot of them. Isn’t that the biggest beauty blogger problem though? Waiting to use a product before pictures are taken? Haha, I digress.
1. Urban Decay Vice 4 Palette
So I might be the only person in the world that really really likes this palette but I’m sticking to it. I’m soooo happy with this. My friend got this for me after I talked about it ENOUGH to her haha. I don’t use colour all that much so I’m excited to find some different combinations with this palette.
2. Clarisonic Mia 2 Gift Set
I’ve been looking at the Clairsonic for a good 2 or 3 years now. I just never made the plunge just because it’s pricey. :/ I was happily surprised when my boyfriend got this for me! I’ve used it a couple of times and I really like it. My skin feels super nice afterwards. I have noticed that I’ve started breaking out just a bit, but it’s too early to say if it’s from this! I might have to cut it down to a couple of times a week so my skin has time to recover. I’m curious to see how it all plays out.
3. Philosophy Glowing Days Ahead Set
My parents got this for me and I’m impressed! This looks like the perfect set just because it’s not something I would buy myself, but has enough products that I’m genuinely excited to try! I’ve used the Purity cleanser before, so it’ll be nice to have a travel size. I’ve also been using a mini sample of the Renewed Hope in a Jar moisturizer and love it so far! I’m so happy this kit contains it!
4. Sephora Gift Card
Sephora had some really cute branding this year for their holiday stuff with that liquid gold. These make sure that there is no excuse not to have a mirror on hand!
5. Urban Decay De-Slick and Bumble and bumble Mini but Miraculous Hairdresser’s Set
Both of these were on my wishlist! Funny enough this is the first time I’ve had the full sized De-Slick. It’s a cult favourite for me, but I just never seem to find the full sized one in stores!
My hair always needs special attentions so I’m curious about this Bumble and bumble set. I’m almost scared though. B and b is so expensive that I hope I don’t love it too much!
6. Bare Minerals The Regal Wardrobe Gift Set
This was very kindly given to me by my boyfriend’s grandma! So sweet! This kit looks so fancy! The travel friendly palette is awesome with a pretty array of colours. I can see myself using all of these colours! I might just try and incorporate these shadows into a new years look.
